Made To Order products are possibly returnable and/or available for exchange. If it is a quality issue, please take photos then email us at [email protected] and we can assist you further. All other items & handmade items are not returnable.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All in-house items ship from New Jersey, USA. The Made To Order products ship from the fulfillment center closest to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All in-house items ship within 2-3 business days on average, Made To Order items take a bit longer with most items shipping within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
If you ordered both Made To Order products and in-house items, the made to order items will ship seperately from the in-house products. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY/TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
If you're in the US, you will not. However if you are in another country you may be charged duty, tax, or both. We are not responsible for any tax or duty your country may impose. Please consult your country's guidelines for more info.
WHEN DO YOU HAVE SHOP UPDATES?
There is no set schedule for when I do, but if you follow me on instagram at @deargirlface I always post leading up to a shop update with all the info you need! If you sign up for our newsletter, updates will go out that way as well.
WHAT DOLL BODIES WILL YOUR CLOTHING FIT?
They will fit standard Blythe (Takara/GSC) and Licca bodies for sure. Fake and jointed bodies may not fit as my clothes are rather fitted. Please see listings for better detail.
