With a clear iridescent base, they have a smattering of various transparent and iridescent glitter in alllll the colors. I always use a mix of different shapes and sizes of glitter for maximum depth and glittery-ness. This style is flat on the back. Photos do not do these chips justice - they are much more brilliant and sparkly in real life!
